Hide libraries

People were in library and red book which has took, who said with other reader, who red newspaper, who sought for an employee or a book, Ludovick was in the central room and he looked around somebody who he knew, he was a young 23 years old, without beard and shortest hair, he not bear beard his friend girl has said that there meet; Ludovick waited until night but Catherine, his friend not came. The library was deserted, and he was alone with other employees, Ludovick rested there until 10:00 PM, and he waited his friend girl, he won’t read because Ludovick not had red from years, was an exercise that he hated, he not spend a minute for read, books and newspaper, he not red and he thought that to read was alone useless; in fact he red as a baby primary school, and at library he went alone for some appointment but not certainly for to read; some girl who he knew noticed that he was very ignorant and his meet were very noise, in fact he haven’t much friends, his job, as porter an hotel, not requires that he was wise. Library is closing and Ludovick was there for hours, and he was very patient, his job required this quality and he is very patient, although somebody was impolite, as Catherine. He went out and looked around for sought his friend girl, but she isn’t; therefore he went to home, and instead to see television slept, and he had a dream; so he went in a huge room where was much persons who there said between them, and nobody looks him and somebody who looked him has made with conceit. Ludovick was dressed with a tunic and a rope around waist, with thig beard and moustache, and he asked to somebody where he was; and a man with beard and without sandal answered that he was in Athens and in Athens’s school, and he will be his guide, and he will know everybody in that school; therefore this man whose name was Socrates, asked his  name, and he answered that was Ludovick; name which Socrates doesn’t understood, but however he named Ludovick as Xenos, stranger, in conformity with ancient Greek. Xenos, as we will call him, began therefore knew Aristoteles, Epicurus, Democritus, Seneca, Protagoras, Leucippus and other; therefore he began to say with them and Socrates was with him always, because made question around his life and who was: “Are you from Xenos?”; asked Socrates: “because you speak strange language, and I not understand always”; Xenos therefore said: “I from country longest, and I speak English”; Socrates then: “What demos is English?”; Xenos doesn’t understood what was “demos” and he asked it; Socrates answered that demos in Attika was tribal which people this region and everyone has a representative who went to Areopagos, Parliament, which was in Athens, and was created by Clistenes, Athenian leader, that around V century b. C. given possibility to Athenians express their opinion around much facts, Xenos was fascinated by Socrates and he would know all Socrates knew, but when Xenos asked this , Socrates answered: “I can’t teacher you something, because I know that I not to know”; Xenos was much astonish, and he asked: “What do you mean?”; Socrates then was very surprise and asked: “Do you have attend Athens and hers place?”; Xenos more astonish than before answered: “I can’t attend place of Athens because I aren’t from Athens, and I am from other country, and I aren’t Greek”; Socrates was looked Xenos suspiciously  and he said: “Do you are Spartan or Thebaine or Persian? You are barbarian for this very strange language, you are…”; Xenos understood that he can’t explain his origin because New York isn’t present, and a man that was there approached to Xenos and asked: “Do you are from? I ask because you seem new here”; and Xenos asked then who was and man answered: “Giovanni da Verrazano, I have find island where is now Manhattan and where is now New York, then you can say with me”; Xenos was very astonish and he asked: “But when you have found island for New York and Manhattan, these aren’t, how do you to know it?”; Giovanni then answered: “I know it because I have found region and therefore I can see future, when somebody has made something then he can see future from that event, and I know that you are saying, but Socrates he haven’t found that I have found and he can’t see, but so that you will be very wise you must hair Socrates and not me”. Xenos continued his conversation with Socrates and asked: “What is I know that I don’t to knowledge, I haven’t understood”; Socrates then explained so: “Do you know how you know? This is what is limit for your knowledge?”; Xenos then said: “I know limit of my knowledge, because is very small, I am very ignorant, much ignorant and in fact I haven’t friends and I had a girlfriend but I haven’t seen”; Socrates answered: “Think, you something know, you know your ignorance therefore you something know, but now you must exceed your ignorance, I know that I don’t to know, but you are very lucky because you know your ignorance, now exceed it”; Xenos asked: “How?”; Socrates answered: “You must read and you must follow persons who have much knowledge, and who know and who have much teach, I can teach find your truth, but I can’t teach nothing, you must seek your truth, and Socrates indicated Aristoteles who was at center of a group and there said and explained his theories and his think, questions were very challenging but Aristoteles was colloquial and he answered all questions, till he seen Xenos and asked: “Who you are? I not remember that I have seen you”; Xenos answered: “I am Xenos and would hair you, it is possible?”; Aristoteles nodded and continued his discourses, and he said around his concept of man and his spirit, and he mentioned often his Ethic Nicomachean, where he had gather his impression around man; after Xenos seen Seneca and he listened also him, and he seen Epicurus and Democritus and Leucippus, and more other. When Ludovick awaked was Sunday, but at that day library was open for a big cultural event; he raise bed and took coffee, washed at bathroom look himself and get out; he went to library and more persons seen him with astonish, but he why not understood. Arrived to library he went in, and a policeman approach him and asked who was, and what he makes there. Ludovick, seen policeman and answered: “I am here for read, why this question?”; policeman indicated his cloth and noted that was very past for this century, he seems an ancient philosopher; therefore Ludovick seen himself and after Catherine intervened and she said to policeman that she knew who was, therefore it all well. Policeman went away, and Catherine said to Ludovick: “Ludovick, how do you are dressed and this long beard and your shoe, where are? I know that you are disappointed for yesterday but I wouldn’t came, therefore ask that you excuse me”; Ludovick seen Catherine and answered: “I have meet much persons who has said me around truth, my truth and my knowledge, and I am here for exceed my limits, and I now know what is value of knowledge I must read and I want know, because I want know myself, an ancient historical said “Dialogue of historical is with dead” Xenophon.”; Catherine was very astonish and seen Ludovick with a goggle-eyed, and she called him: “Ludovick”; he turn toward Catherine and answered: “I am Xenos”.

Semirevolutionary tale

At room was an aristocratic who was called from a woman, history, who has involved them for a discussion around French revolution and his causes. History began his introduction with these words: “Welcome at our meet, and I would want give you the argument of this discussion, that I have tough must concern French revolution and his causes; what do you think?”, answered history showing some doubt around this argument but aristocratic was convinced that causes was just and was just defender their position, in fact aristocratic began: “I don’t know and I don’t understand because we must debate around that is happened and that has been very tragic for somebody and very glad for others; for me, I am an aristocratic, I would judge it as tragic, but I have tough much, from 1789, around this event and I must admit that we aristocratic have be blind, and we haven’t seen discomfort and poverty the economic conditions of Franc, and his people, we are closed in our privileges and we haven’t considered what our nation wanted by us, and the General States were a ridiculous try for save us and our privileges, when now Middle Age was terminated, but we haven’t considered time in we lived, Franc was ready for these reforms, and we must approved more before that revolution happened, but human egoism was very determining for our policies choice, and king wasn’t less weak than us, and he was conditioned from strong, or presumed of his wife, who was called Austrian, with much scorn”; history therefore intervened and answered: “You admin your mistake? And your imprudence at General States?”; aristocratic answered: “Yes I admit our mistakes and I affirm that who had power had tough alone themselves, and not to general condition, but for justification I can say that then concept or think around nation wasn’t; alone social class was present, but alone high class and aristocratic and clerical classes was present, the third state was almost unknow, but was also very productive, but causes are very precedents to revolution, for example between 1766 and 1788 price of wheat was very low and an overproduction determined these prices, different from wine that instead was high prices, Franc was rich country and some discomfort that was present we would have can resolved with some reform; countrymen was very stroke by this low prices, and aristocratic gained on the price of sales on countryman, recalling some right that now was disappeared, and gaining  from productive forces of Franc, alone for his social prestige that ordered wealth; if we have considered that economic matter was important and we couldn’t continue with ridiculous privileges revolution wouldn’t be been. But aristocratic class was still angry for marginal role that had during time of Louis XIV, and therefore she tried to reconquer an important role that she had with Louis XVI, but Franc was changed, and time was change, we haven’t considered this change, and we have mistook; in fact new ideas has risen, liberalism, from Adam Smith every privileges was deleted and every man was free for his think and action that wasn’t contrary to law; the Declaration of rights of man during 4 August 1789 and of citizen is a document that we want exalt, but few point of this declaration was already present in other statute, from XVI century, for example: it is forbidden torture, but this prohibition was ready in Italy during XVI century; the revolution had made better sanction that was present, but not in Franc, which was still traditional country, and the aristocratic was lay down on this certainty, but they not think that this certainty could failed because this isn’t certainty”; history therefore accepted this admission of responsibilities and asked: “The racism was not certainly deleted but rights of black are defined and established although much partially, but it is start…”; but history was interrupted by aristocratic: “What roman law or moral costume had condemned somebody for his color of skin? ancient Rome always has promoted virtue for war and hero for his courage and not certainly because white or black or mulatto, therefore revolution has took that was Roman costume, and not has find nothing”; history answered with other exception: “Religion freedom and tolerance are concept which revolution has defined”; therefore aristocratic smiled and answered: “Religious tolerance is concept as much revolutionary as Roman, because ancient Rome allowed religion freedom Christian also, and in Dutch during XVII century much religions were tolerated, and also in Muslim Spain Christians were tolerated, therefore revolution took past from ancient Rome, Muslim Spain and Dutch of XVII century, nothing news"; and she decided that not to continue.

Racconto rivoluzionario

Nascent catalogue

When we have a painting we usually lack of referent and document with we can identify author or we have document and we not have painting, but it is possible that we have also author and painting together, so is for Vincenzo Fabrici, whose we have alone this information, who at 1759 worked a painting in Sermoneta at cathedral of Saint Mary(Fig.1), now this painting is some compromised but we can still see whole iconography, and this allows us an attribution and an increase of catalogue of Fabrici; this posture and word with cross which our Salvator has in his left hand is very mirror to a Christ in Cori, nearby Sermoneta, which is already attribued to Girolamo Siciolante[1](Fig.2), whose critical comment reports the worlds of a Roman historical at 1834, Giuseppe Marocco that affirms: “That painting which exprimes Salvator…”, and this iconography with mentioned subject is equivalent of our painting, mentioned at document which I report below, at last partially for English: November 1759. La casa del signor Filippo Razza un rubio di grano-1; La casa de signori Tutij un rubio di grano, ed il signor Canonico Don Lorenzo altro mezo rubio-1=½; La Casa de signori Pantanelli un rubio di grano, ed il signor Canonico Don Onorato altro mezzo rubio-1=½; La Casa de Galli un rubio di grano, ed il canonico Don Carlo Filippo altro mezo rubio-1=½; La casa del signor Capitani Marco Maria Quadrassi un rubio di grano=1; La Casa de signori Don Giovan Battista, e Giacomo Giorni mezzo rubio di grano=½; La Casa del signor Giovanni Impacciante mezzo rubio di grano=½ La casa del signor Ludovico Piti mezzo rubio di grano=½; La casa de signori Don Gioseppe, e Saverio Piti mezzo rubio di grano=; the subject is same and iconography is even the mantle is same for cloth and fold even, same wavy hair and same face; certainly painting of Cori is very past, in comparison with that in Sermoneta, becuae style is very youngly, and is evidently much imprecise and summary. But it is begin of a catalogue of Vincenzo Fabrizi.

Catalogo nascente

Painting case
Time is later and museum is almost close; guardians make last tour for rooms, turn off the light, and last look around and close doors. But a very small light is light up in a room, and begins move, only guardian in museum cry and order stop, but the intrusive extracts a gun and shoots guardian, who lay down struck to heart and dead soon, but murderous. Finished murderous wait that doors are open and he get out. Other guardian goes in museum and when he entry in room see the body, and very scared exit from room. He advises his colleagues and calls police. Police came soon and begins investigation and makes question around working hours and who was present for closing, who are custodians, who was their colleagues and if he has enemies and who was there, if was married and other questions for know better victim. Meanwhile inspector ask the cause of death, and forensic scientist explains that cause is a stroke of guns to heart; inspector seems so interested to painting that forensic scientist look him and his interest for painting, and after calls him and ask: "Two questions I would have first: Do have you ended your investigation, or we must wait that have you finished your visit, and second: do have you pay ticket?", inspector then turns and answer: "I am resolving case, thank you"; with expression more trouble. Forensic scientist understood that he could remove corpse and begin investigation. Inspector meanwhile continued to look painting. Gone back to department he tough to paintings because something was there some relation but what? He asked continuously: "what is relation?". The office of ballistic calls inspector and asks if he can comes there; inspector with much hope goes and there he hairs something very astonishing: " This bullet isn’t of today"; inspector rise eyes ceiling and answer: "Wow! It is perhaps yesterday? Very good, but I have my opinion, this bullet is a week ago, do think you? Useless that you answer, because I know that you agree me"; doctor ballistics see him and answers: "If I can tell you, I want tell that this bullet isn’t in this century"; inspector surprise answer: "Perhaps gun was twenty years ago, therefore can’t this century, we are 2017 and from little years are past from XX century, therefore is sufficient that this bullet is twenty or eighteen years ago, case very easy, but what is gun which has shot this bullet?" Ballistics see very attention inspector and answer: "This is problem, as one talk to Denmark few years ago. This bullet isn’t of this century and neither past but alone of XVII century"; inspector then jump; "What? XVII century, do you joke?", ask surprise and ballistics answer: "No, I don’t joke, but I tell truly, it’s a bullet of XVII century, it is true archeological find, compliment". Inspector therefore began his investigation between collectors of historical armies, he sought on internet and found somebody; called and visited them and asked if he has historical armies of XVII century, between all alone one shows a gun of XVII century, and he given small description, and told that bullets was lead because iron was very precious and must be used for something very important as sword and knife which will be used still instead bullets will be fall always. Inspector then begun suspect around last collector, and he thought that a historical gun can be army for murder; therefore he ask this gun for test ballistics office, collector was very surprise and told: "This gun not has shot from century and bullets are lost therefore nobody would can use" inspector answered: "This gun would can has be used with bullets of XXI century"; therefore collector smiled and explained that it’s impossible because power of fire of modern bullets would have destroyed gun, therefore this gun not fired from centuries. The collector was much ready for bring gun to ballistics office, provided he self can bring, inspector granted it. Appointment was for 10:00 AM to ballistics office, where collector was present with straordinary punctuality; terminated examination doctor ballistics told: "This gun was out order from century, and precisely from 1622 and his building is Oratio Melfi Italian armorer, from examination of material found in barrel which was very particular and was a Italian powder of XVII century"; and therefore he ended with: "Great season, you must inquire somebody of XVII century, but isn’t not our jurisdiction, because this gun is Italian, and murderous must be Italian, bye". Inspector went out for office with collector and not spoke, greeted collector and go in his car with a very confusion at head. But a call from department advised him that other murder was at museum, inspector answered and goes soon to museum, where a guardian was waiting him, and when they begun to speak guardian told what he has found, a colleague with a forearm cut, this is with dissection; inspector gone and called soon ambulance and he seen that victim was life still, inspector asked to victim if he remembered something, and victim told every memories, therefore that he was touring around rooms and in front him show an figure with black cloth and a black great hat with large brim, beard and other person with even cloth, and every look him attentively, he then cried and ordered them stop, and he third time had shoot, but these figures come in front him and one had caressed him, and he felt cold hand on face, after the figure has turns his head and has told something with strange language which he never heard, perhaps German but he knew few German word and that isn’t it; however after that he has shot he seen that these figures was life and move, and he continued to shot but the figures smile instead fall. Inspector tough that guardian was drunk, but meanwhile has came forensic scientist who took victim and bring him to hospital, after analysis of alcohol was negative, inspector believed guardian was crazy. or he had hallucination, and inspector was called on phone; he gone to laboratory and surprise was more than before; doctor invited him to set because this information would be had very astonishing on the contrary incredible, and he would have thought that she was crazy; inspector replied: "I have now a gun of XVII century which has shot with a bullet of XVII century, nothing will can surprise me"; graduate then answered: "Perhaps I can surprise you still because I have found blood very dried"; inspector told: "It is obvious, we have found guardian and his blood is his, what problem?"; graduate then: "Not problem would be if blood was of guardian, but it isn’t"; inspector jump and: "It is certainly of murderous, then we have…"; his speak was interrupted by graduate: "No! We have nothing, because this blood isn’t from this century, and neither other, but perhaps from XVII century, and I have found also powder but very recent"; inspector was astonishing: "Do you joke? No, You don’t joke, it isn’t possible, how you can speak that this blood is from XVII century?"; graduate answered: "Because I have found much more cholesterol and much rich"; then inspector: "I also have cholesterol high but I am birth during 1980"; graduate then smile and replied: "Yes, but you haven’t colors at the your blood"; inspector was surprised: "What? Colors, you don’t joke and therefore you have found colors, what colors? If I can ask it"; graduate answered: "White of lead and blue from Magna mineral colors more used during XVII century, therefore your murderous is a painter, but painter of XVII century. Inspector went out office and begun to think that crazies was two, whose one graduate. But inspector before to go department went hospital know few new around the hurt guardian, and he run into doctor who cured guardian and ask: "How is health of guardian?": doctor answered: "He is safe but his incision is very anomalous"; inspector ask why, and doctor: "Because cut is very professional, but with lancet very past with big blade, tool now useless, but very good for museum of health and medicine"; inspector then: "Museum of medicine? Why?"; and doctor: "Because this tool was used during XVII century"; inspector one moment be silent and after: "He would can cut with a knife"; but doctor: "It is impossible, modern knife are very sharp and every modern knife is sharpest than old lancet, but i can’t tell when is this lancet, not modern certainly"; and inspector: "Would can be perhaps around XVII century?"; he asked, and doctor, who meanwhile seen profile of few patience, answered: "Certainly, you can go museum of medicine and there to see tools, lancet above all, I have my friend who is employee there, and I can call him; sorry but I have other patience"; and he went. Inspector went museum and ask meet Richard, a guardian and historical of medical tools, Richard was soon and: " Good morning I am Richard, and you are Paul, inspector who wants see tools"; Paul answered: "Yes and I would want see lancet, alone lancet of XVII century"; guardian then: "Well, we can see now"; and in front lancet Paul answered what are from XVII century, and Richard indicated few, and Paul ask also if this lancet can make a cut so, and take out a photo of cut on the arm of guardian, Richard who was medicine historical, answered: "Yes this is result for use of this lancet, but I have also other document which can explains better, come with me"; and they came in front of copy painting of Rembrandt Lesson of doctor Tulp, and guardian showed the lancet of this Dutch doctor of XVII century, and Paul seen also that cut on arm of corpse painted was exactly as that guardian of museum. And Paul asked who was that doctor, and what cloth they have, reply was that: "This doctor is Tulp Dutch doctor of XVII century and around are his pupils during a lesson of anatomy". Paul thanked and went out museum. Paul thought that murderous was an imitator and was passionate for Rembrandt, and he thought he has resolved case, an imitator was better hypothesis, but after thought that Rembrandt not had shot somebody, and die guardian was it for shoot and without cut, therefore this hypothesis is very incredible. Paul went still museum and there looked also other painting because he has understood that answer for his askes was from painting. Paul went in museum and there staid for all day, he looked much painting and He was stroke by a portrait of an Italian painter Giuseppe Cesari called Cavalier d’Arpino, whose Paul knew nothing, Rembrandt’s he has few knowledge for exhibition that he seen when he was fiancé, because his ex-wife was graduate art history, and he thought her when he has need, and now was moment for to speak with his ex-wife; in fact he later dinner hour called Artemisia, his ex-wife, and asked if he can meet hers; Misia, this abbreviation that they used, answered and much astonished for this call invited Paul to dinner. Paul come to Misia and for all night they spoke around art history, and Paul took information around Cavalier d’Arpino, above all that of gun licence, that astonished much Paul because he doesn’t thought that a painter needs gun licence, but Misia explained that around XVII century was very difficult live in great cities as Rome, and this gun licence was cause for removal collection of painting of d’Arpino, therefore d’Arpino was armed perhaps with gun. Day after Paul turned museum and he stayed in front to Rembrandt and Cavalier d’Arpino for much time, and after closure he asked to guardian stayed there and they can off out light. In fact Paul sleeps there and during night he, who had light sleep, felt an hand on his body and somebody took his right hand, he feigned sleep and suddenly he get up and with an electric torch he lighted a figure with a black cloth, long hair and more cured, with thick moustache and small beard compact on the chin; Paul pointed light on the figure and he come to light and in out light, and seen still that figure who looked him with light smile, and almost incredulity, Paul point always his gun toward figure, and ordered: "Rise hands, rise hands"; Paul by expression of figure understood that he figure not understood what Paul ordered; and figure lower his hand and made reverential greet with bow, as Misia told him was usually men of XVII century; Paul was very astonish and imitated the figure; then lower gun asked: "What is your name?"; figure was immobile and Paul understood that he not understood, therefore try with Hispanic, but failed, therefore figure try with Italian and after with Latin, and he spoke: "Mihi nomen datus fuit Joseph et ego venio ab Arpino, ubi est natus Cicero, audistisne tu quod ego oro?"; Paul was disconcerted, and he tried understood that figure asked, Paul felt an hand on his right shoulder and seen eyes of figure wich looked other part at room, although even near Paul, who turned suddenly and seen Misia, who smiled him and greeted the figure, which made bow and hand-kissing, and after spoke with Paul: "Hi Paul, I will be your translator, because master Cavalier d’Arpino speak alone Italian and Latin"; Paul ordered Misia go away, but Misia stood there, and invited Paul to speak; Paul not believed that he is looking, and for a moment thought that was alone dream, but Misia answered: "Paul, it isn’t dream as you are thinking, it is realty, and I am dead from 8 years; Paul made a short count and he understood that Misia was dead after finish their marry, and he told: "Yesterday we are together and we have told all night, you can’t be dead, you are life, and now go away, because I don’t know who is this person, please Misia"; and he tried to take hand of Misia but he passes through body of Misia, and he looked Misia and asked: "Why?"; Misia smiled him still and answered: "Because I am dead, and you can’t take me, but we will can see, for all your life, bye Paul, we will be soon together": and so the two figures disappeared. Paul not believe that he had seen, and when museum was opened he go out with incredulity. Few days after Paul red that museum a new painting was exhibited, a new painting of an Italian painting of XVII century; Paul was pressed by curiosity and wanted seen new painting; crowd was very much and more critical and historical art was present; Paul waited that crowd was less and after approach to painting, he rises eyes and seen painted Misia; her smile and her eyes lighted, her sweetness and her lovely face; Paul approach more and red caption, he wanted know how painter has depicted so well his Misia, and on the caption he red: "Artemisia, called Misia-author Giuseppe Cesari, called Cavalier d’Arpino".

L’ispettore intanto continuava a guardare i dipinti.

Genesis of a painting
Michaelangel was in his home; an home very poor, dark and with a bed at angle, and smal table on other angle, a small high window, a small light which penetrated and lighted partially the room; a painting was exhibited on the easel, a small Baccus with a glass on the hand; suddenly campain ringed, and Michaelangel had jump, and approached to other window and asked who is: "Who is who want me, if this call is for me"; a man below rise face and answered: " Are you master Michaelangel painter? Genesi di un’opera

(For my love Katherine, my alone love, I LOVE YOU)

Origin of art

Somebody given title to his essay as Definition of art[2] , but I ask if somebody has treated around origin of art, as begin very embryonic and original for artistical work? I believe very strong that process for artistical work is emotional and intellectual; therefore I must agree with social history of art, although I have never disagree with it, a round efficiently of his inquiry, but I will avoid to hire mechanical interpretation which indulged to schematic interpretation for art, but on their time had right but today are exceeded; however author of art work feels deeply two determining factors, first own culture and own emotional conviction as intellective, second that merely determined by society, for exemple the cultural Florentine contest during XV century, the classical culture of Medicea Academy is fist factor for Michelangelo, but this culture, although in Florence classical art was inexistent, influenced also Donatello, Florentine classical sculptor of XV century who not attended this Academy, therefore classical style of Donatello is by Florence and not by Academy above mentioned, and Donatello could take form Tuscan culture, it is sufficient to think to Nicola Pisano for pulpit in the Baptistery of Pisa. Artist therefore take both his culture and by culture of his society, mixes these realities and works art, something that is connected both artistic become, with strong presence in a society in specific time, but that is own personal interpretation of collective spirit, man takes interior both personal and universal spirit.
