Because it no order to faithful to attend the prostitutes, and nothing about forbidden to make this work, why? Simple because it have guaranteed the grown of criminals acts, if only source of gain is prostitution, the exploits and prostitute have made criminals acts to survive; hence we can prohibit alone something to prostitute but they can make the profession because we must take the less evil, this is better the faithful fucks ensuring the that prostitute lives rather than the exploit makes criminals acts; it is normal politic manage; therefore above all the popes must be very good politic man, and after also popes.
