the judge: or ingratitude

A court with attorneys and accused, the judge Solomon, set on his chair and he was very famous for his goodness, he was also very right but is somebody merited capital pain he changed it with much years imprisonment, neither life sentence, but alone much years, criminals were very enthusiastic when Solomon was in court, much less familiars of victim, who were disappointment for this kindness, they felt offense, in every familiar is predominant the spirit of revenge, it is usual, like in common opinion is natural to share worry and same spirit; therefore for his goodness Solomon was very wrong disrepute, but he doesn’t gives damn, he continued with his indulgence and with his judge pains were very mite. Homicides of babies and women, old and other, rapes and robberies and other. He tough that pain was educative and not punitive; in fact some criminal was bachelor for scholarship program, some have learned a work and when he went out from prison worked on motors or plumber, and other, but these cases were very little in confront with number of criminals; but Solomon was convicted that this is god way for social integration of criminal, but he didn’t considered worry of parents, who protested for these sentence. After umpteenth sentence very useless that Solomon pronounced, when day work was terminated, in court a man, much elegant and with black jacked and brooch with balance of gold approached to office of Salomon, he knocked and went in; Salomon noted soon elegance of this person, and above all his dark skin and nail very long and black, and his black eyes with he fixed everybody, and he didn’t laughed never, always much serious, but he was very kindly. He take an invite to Solomon for a party with theme of justice; Solomon was very happy for this invite, because with his fame of good man and good judge nobody has invited hem nowhere. Tonight he must gone to a residence next the city but in outskirts; he was accomplished with elegant car at this home, and he looked very much present persons; dinner was very exquisite and with refinement; ended dinner the night continued with theme, the justice, and Solomon tough that his place was that of judge, contrary he set on chair of accused, and for him was very new position but was also amusing, and Salomon was alone to centre of room and a judge, same man with black nail, but jury was composed by very much persons, but they weren’t same guests of party, they were different, anyway Solomon was very amused by this performance, and he set with smile, and judge said: “Good morning, I am judge for this process, and I want that justice here is predominant, therefore the accused now must defender himself by accuses that are attributed to him, we can start it”, and prosecutor started: “I want testimony of first witness”, and judge accepted, in fact first testimony was present and with all rite, he swore and started deposition: “I accuse the defendant for  a serious crime”, and attorney: “What is this crime?”, and testimony: “My name is Lorenz and I have killed babies, women and old, and this judge has tough that my crime was light, I merited capital pain, but after 30 years prison pain I have gone out, and I have killed again, until the father of this victim has killed me, and he now risks capital pain”, Solomon therefore: “I remember your case, and proofs were very weak, I can’t condemn you for crimes that aren’t proved”, and Lorenz: “There were proofs, you have ignored it, because you are convicted that prison is useless”, the judge therefore: “Stop! Other testimony, is present?” and other testimony arrived: “My name is Thomas and I have robbed and killed for to escape, and I have raped much women, and he has absolved me because my mother was a whore and my father absent, social motives certainly important but these don’t justify my crimes”, and Salomon: “I have absolved you because I have considered your very difficult social condition, and I have wanted given to you a possibility, it isn’t crime”, and Thomas: “Now you must talk with a woman whom I have raped”, and in fact a woman entered and set at place of testimony, and she started: “Do you know what is for a woman to undergo a rape? No absolutely, you don’t know it, you judge by your place in court but you haven’t worry and regret for this action, therefore you are guilty like who has raped me”, and she gone out; Solomon considered that this process has moments very intense, and above all much truly for his sentence, and other testimonies accused him, and he tried defended himself but differently process now he hasn’t possibility, he must be silence. This process lasted for three hours, and when it is ended, Solomon received a diploma of guilty; he was guilty because he was indulgent with criminals; when all ended he approached to door for to go out, and he opened door and he looked all criminals that he absolved; they ordered that he prepare the his defence, in fact he entered at a room with a table were very much papers, and he started to search papers for his innocence but these were alone white papers, and he was very worry for this search but he doesn’t succeeded for organization of these papers and for every accuse moved from a victim, he must stand in guilty for life prison, and these accused and victims were a thousand, but worse pain was given when judge said: “After first life pain, you rebirth and you will undergo second”, this is sentence for criminals and victims, so that you can understand that also criminals have condemned you, this is ingratitude, and now you must undergo this pain”.
